Together with residential blocks A and B, the Laguna Residence Residental Block C building rounds up the idea of designing an ideal home for our clients. The building was built to the highest standards, putting the focus of security, functionality, environmental approach, and all this with quality materials and reliable associates.
Residential Block C comes as “icing on the cake”, as the last built residential block, within the Laguna Residence complex, which completes the building and our idea of designing an authentic place to live. We continue with innovative solutions and lift the entire implementation of the project to a higher level. Residential Block C has two lifts, as well as an entire upright of luxury apartments, which include a penthouse apartment, as well as a separate VIP entrance that allows entrance to the entrance hall directly from the lift. Apartments in the luxury segment of the building are additionally equipped with double safety doors. Residential Block C is built under the principles of environmentally responsible construction – it has a B Category Energy Passport.
